Cheese-and-olive pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 1
    roll ready made puff pastry
  • 250
    ml
    grated Cheddar cheese
  • 50
    ml
    chopped, pitted olives
 

Method

10-15 min
 
Unroll the pastry and sprinkle with cheese and olives. Roll up pastry like a Swiss roll. Use a sharp knife to cut roll into 1,5 cm slices. Carefully place slices on a greased baking tray. Bake at 200 ºC for about 10 minutes until crisp and golden.
