1.00 puff pastry
250.00 ml cheddar cheese — grated
50.00 ml olives — pitted, chopped

Method:

Unroll the pastry and sprinkle with cheese and olives. Roll up pastry like a Swiss roll.
Use a sharp knife to cut roll into 1,5 cm slices. Carefully place slices on a greased baking tray. Bake at 200 ºC for about 10 minutes until crisp and golden.
