Cheese and herb biscuits

Ingredients

  • 220
    g
    flour
  • 2
    large egg yolks
  • 110
    g
    butter
  • 110
    g
    freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1
    ml
    each, dried basil and origanum
 

Method

10 minutes
 
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend to combine, adding a little more water to form a firm dough.
Press dough into a ball and roll out as thinly as possible on a lightly floured surface.
Use a biscuit cutter to cut out rounds.
Place on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for six to 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to harden before removing from the baking tray.
Store in an airtight container before gift wrapping.
