Cheese and bacon tortillas

Ingredients

    g
    rindless streaky bacon, chopped
  • 1
    bottle Denny Pickled Mushrooms, drained
  • 150
    g
    Ricotta cheese
  • 4
    flour tortillas
  • 100
    g
    Cheddar or Gouda cheese, grated
  • 100
    ml
    chive- or onion- flavoured cream cheese
  • fresh rocket leaves
 

Method

1. Fry the bacon in a pan until cooked. Set aside to cool.
2. Cut the mushrooms into quarters. Mix the Ricotta, Cheddar or Gouda, mushrooms and bacon.
3. Spread each tortilla with cream cheese. Divide the mushroom filling among the tortillas and spread over each one. Top with a few rocket leaves, then roll up the wraps and slice in half. Serve with a salad.
