Ingredients

  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 60
    ml
    castor sugar (use more or less, to taste)
  • 3
    drops vanilla essence
 

Method

 
Whip cream until it thickens. Add castor sugar to taste and vanilla essence. Continue whisking until cream holds its shape. Serve with Pavlova (see recipe) and fruit.
