Cauliflower and crumbs

    large cauliflower florets
  • caraway seeds

    cornflakes, crushed


1. Wash and trim cauliflower. Place florets in a sieve, and steam. Place the very thick stems in water to cook. 2. Add a few caraway seeds (and a pinch of herbal salt if desired). Melt 15 g butter in a frying pan. When foaming add 30 ml cornflake crumbs and stir. Cook for a minute, continuously stirring. Take care not to burn crumbs. Drain cauliflower, arrange on a plate and sprinkle crumbs over.
