Ingredients (9)

30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
2.00 carrots — julienned
2.00 courgettes — julienned
225.00 g broccoli — florets, halved
2.00 garlic — cloves, chopped
2.00 cm fresh ginger — peeled, finely chopped
115.00 g mixed bean sprouts
15.00 ml lemon juice — fresh
15.00 ml soy sauce — light

Method:

Heat oil in a nonstick wok or large frying pan. Add carrots, courgettes, broccoli, garlic and ginger, and stir-fry over high heat for 4-5 minutes.
Add bean sprouts, lemon juice and soy sauce, and stir-fry for a further 1-2 minutes, until vegetables are just cooked. Season to taste and serve with grilled tomatoes and peppers. Serves 4.
