Ingredients (9)

125.00 ml butter
125.00 ml brown sugar
200.00 g marshmallows
250.00 ml amarula liqueur
50.00 ml orange — or lemon, juice
strawberries
4.00 bananas — sliced
3.00 oranges — cut into segments
2.00 lemon — peel, julienned

Method:

Melt the butter and sugar over medium heat until caramelised. Stir only occasionally.
Add the marshmallows and heat while stirring until melted.
Stir in the liqueur and orange or lemon juice and bring to the boil.
Add the fruit and heat until warm. Do not allow the fruit to become soft.
Serve hot with ice cream.
