    prepared bread dough
  • 30
    ml
    soft brown sugar
  • 250
    ml
    cream

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Spray a 20 x 20 x 5 cm ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Roll the bread dough into fairly small balls. Pack the balls tightly together in the prepared dish and leave to rise a little. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top and pour over the cream. Place the dish on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until a testing skewer comes out clean. Makes a medium-sized loaf.
