Caramel almond biscuits

Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Roll out the
biscuit dough to a thickness of 1cm.
Cut out shapes using cookie cutters.
Place shapes on a greased baking tray.
Combine Nestlé Treat, almond essence and ground almonds.
Place heaped teaspoons full of almond mixture in centre of each shape.
Bake for 10 -15 minutes, until light golden brown.
Dust with icing sugar before serving.
