Caramel Bruleé

    can Nestlé TREAT

    cans Nestlé Dessert Cream
  • 3
    egg yolks, beaten

Combine NESTLÉ TREAT and NESTLÉ Dessert Cream in a saucepan. Heat gently until the TREAT has dissolved.
Add the egg yolks and heat until mixture thickens slightly, stirring all the time.
Pour into 8 – 10 ramekin dishes. 
Allow to chill.
Make caramel by heating sugar and water together gently, without stirring, until the sugar has dissolved. 
Allow to boil until the mixture becomes caramel in colour , about 5 minutes.
Pour enough caramel over each ramekin to cover the cream mixture.
Serve immediately.

Tip:  Be very careful when handling the caramel for the topping – it gets extremely hot!
