Heat the butter and sauté the onion slowly for 8-10 minutes.Add the remaining ingredients, except the Camembert, together with about 50ml water.Simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes. Add more water if necessary. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.Allow the cheese to reach room temperature and place on a platter. Spoon the cranberry relish on top of the cheese.
