Ingredients (6)

2.00 french loaf — sliced diagonally
butter — garlic
lettuce
3.00 bacon — rashers, grilled
75.00 g camembert cheese — ripe, sliced
30.00 ml jelly — apple

Method:

Butter the bread on both sides with the garlic butter. Arrange on a baking sheet and grill under the oven grill until lightly browned.
Transfer the bread to a plate, top with a few lettuce leaves and arrange the cheese and bacon on top.
Serve immediately with apple jelly.
