    ml
    marmalade
  • 50
    g
    castor sugar
  • 40
    ml
    Drambuie liqueur
  • 50
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 250
    ml
    cream
 

Method

 
Beat the marmalade and castor sugar together until smooth. Add the Drambuie and lemon juice and mix well. Whip the cream and beat the marmalade mixture into the cream. Serve in tall glasses. Serves 4.
