Ingredients (13)

30.00 ml oil
1.00 onion — large, peeled and finely chopped
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
3.00 ml lemon pepper
10.00 ml paprika
300.00 g calamari — rings, frozen
250.00 ml yoghurt — natural
250.00 ml sour cream
5.00 ml cayenne pepper
200.00 g shrimps — (in brine), drained
salt and freshly ground black pepper
500.00 g pasta — tagliatelle, cooked
parmesan cheese — grated, to garnish

Method:

1. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add lemon pepper, paprika and calamari and stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Remove from heat and stir in yoghurt, sour cream, cayenne pepper and shrimps. Season to taste. Return to heat, simmer for 1 minute and then spoon over the pasta.
4. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
