1.00 kg calamari — tentacles
4.00 red pepper — sliced
50.00 ml olyfolie
1.00 suurlemoen sap van 1 suurlemoen
2.00 hande vol rocket
2.00 ml sout
2.00 ml freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Verhit die olyfolie in ‘n groot pan tot baie warm. (Daar kan so ‘n rokie begin trek.) Braai die calamari en die brandrissies saam vir sowat 10 minute. Haal van die stoof af en gooi die suurlemoensap oor. Geur met sout en swartpeper. Laat afkoel. Sit ‘n bietjie vars roket in klein bakkies en sowat 3 tentakels en 3 calamari-buise bo-op. Jy kan nog ‘n bietjie olyfolie bo-oor gooi.
