Butter caramel nut dessert

    oats

    finely chopped peanuts
  • 65
    ml
    sugar
  • 75
    ml
    butter, melted
  • FILLING
  • 90

    caramel instant pudding
  • 375
    ml
    cold milk
  • 65
    ml
    chopped nuts
 

Method

 
Mix the oats, peanuts and sugar with the butter. Sprinkle over the bottom of a 20 cm tart dish and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool. Prepare the pudding with milk according to the instructions on the packet. Pour into the cooled crust and sprinkle the chopped nuts over the top. Cool until set and serve cold. Makes a medium tart.
