Butter bean spread

    butter beans, drained
  • 15
    ml
    olive oil
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 20
    ml
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Mix all the ingredients together. Process in a blender until smooth and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with Melba toast.
