Method

 
Cover 125 g cubed butter in a 500 ml microwaveproof jug. Heat on HIGH for about 1 1/2 minutes until liquid. Pour through a sieve lined with 2 separate sheets of paper towel. The clear butter will drip through, leaving the sediment behind.
