Bushmans Kloof rooibos iced tea

iced rooibos tea

  • 2
    l
    water
  • 9
    rooibos tea bags
  • 65
    ml
    honey
  • star anise
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2
    cup
    sugar
  • 250
    ml
    apple juice
 

Method

Boil all the ingredients (except the apple juice) together and allow to cool.

Strain the tea mixture into a container.

Add the apple juice to the iced tea and place in fridge until ready to serve.

Serve chilled.
