500.00 g maalvleis
15.00 g feta cheese — crumbled

Method:

1. Sny ‘n ui in dun ringe en roerbraai in bietjie botter tot sag. Voeg by 500 g maalvleis saam met ‘n sny witbrood wat in hoenderaftreksel geweek en gekrummel is. Voeg 15 g gekrummelde Feta-kaas by en meng deur met ‘n vurk. Klits 2 eiers en meng by saam met sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper na smaak. Vorm in hamburgerkoekies en braai in verhitte olie en botter tot goudbruin en gaar.
2. Sny ‘n witbrood in dik skywe en rooster onder ‘n voorverhitte element tot goudbruin. Vryf ‘n knoffelhuisie oor en smeer pesto oor. Drup bietjie olyfolie oor.
3. Plaas roket en vars tamatieskyfies op die sny brood en plaas ‘n vleiskoekie bo-op. Skep ‘n lepel vol uieblatjang (of gebraaide uie) bo-op en sit voor.
