Bully beef and beans

    onions, finely chopped

    clove garlic, crushed
  • 4
    potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 410

    whole tomatoes, chopped
  • 410
    g
    baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 600
    g
    bully beef, diced
  • 2
    ml
    ground coriander
  • salt and pepper
 

Method

 
Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic until tender. Add the potatoes and mix, then add a little water and simmer until tender. Add the remaining ingredients (use more coriander, if desired) and simmer until heated through. Serve with chutney. Serves 4-6.
