    oil

    onion, finely chopped
  • 125

    brussel sprouts, halved, or use extra cabbage
  • 175

    cabbage, shredded
  • 700
    g
    potatoes, diced and boiled until tender, or mashed potato
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 5
    ml
    caraway seeds
 

Method

 
Heat the butter and oil in a pan and sauté; the onion until tender. Add the vegetables and potato and stir-fry until glossy and just tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste and the caraway seeds. Shape into patties and fry until brown on both sides.
