    ml
    cooked, diced potato
  • 250
    ml
    chopped cabbage
  • 250
    ml
    peas
  • 250
    ml
    corn kernels
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 2
    finely chopped chives
  • 15
    ml
    butter
 

Method

 
Place vegetables in a bowl and mix with eggs and chives. Melt butter in a frying pan and pour in vegetable mixture. Cook on moderate heat until underside is golden, then cut into quarters and turn. Cook mixture further until the surface is golden and egg has set.
