Ingredients

  • ½ medim cabbage, cut into bite size chunks
  • 2
    potatoes, peeled
  • Butter for mashing
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
 

Method

In a large pot, cut the cabbage into quarters and boil until soft. Boil the potatoes and mash with butter. Mix the cabbage and potatoes together in a mixing bowl. In a frying pan, heat some olive oil and place the mixture in the pan. Brown on one side, turn and brown on the other side.
