Ingredients (6)

30.00 ml butter — unsalted
15.00 ml olive oil — virgin
45.00 ml fresh sage
1.00 kg mushrooms — mixed, wild
45.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Heat oil and butter and sauté sage leaves for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and sauté until cooked.
Add parsley, salt and pepper and serve on warm bruschetta (see recipe).
