Brown rice bowl

    ml
    short-grain brown rice
  • 2
    ml
    hemp oil
  • 2
    ml
    sesame oil
  • 10
    ml
    soya sauce
  • 15
    ml
    fresh ginger juice
  • 65
    ml
    coriander leaves, roughly chopped
  • 65
    ml
    sesame seeds
  • 100
    g
    smoked tofu, diced
  • 0.50
    English cucumber, grated
  • 125
    ml
    piquanté peppers
  • 1
    avocado, diced
 

Method

30 minutes
 
Cook the brown rice and fluff with a fork when done.
Stir in the hemp oil, sesame oil, soya sauce, ginger juice and coriander leaves.
Quickly toast sesame seeds in a dry pan and stir into the rice, leaving some for sprinkling over at the end.
Toss in diced tofu, cucumber, piquanté peppers and avocado and finish off with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
