    cake flour

    baking powder

    dried origanum

    dried parsley

    dried thyme

    ml
    garlic salt
 

Method

25-30 min
 
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Grease the hollows of a muffin tin with margarine or spray with nonstick spray. Mix the broccoli, ham, cheese and onion. Beat the eggs until foaming and add the oil. Sift the dry ingredients together, add to the egg mixture and stir in. Add the broccoli mixture and stir in. Fill the hollows of the muffin tin with the mixture and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until done. Remove the muffins from the tin, allow to cool slightly, then serve lukewarm with cheese. Makes 8 medium-sized muffins.
