Broccoli and cauliflower salad

    each of broccoli and cauliflower florets
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • DRESSING
  • 50
    g
    roasted peanuts
  • 15
    ml
    white wine vinegar
  • 15
    ml
    light soya sauce
  • 5
    ml
    chilli oil
  • 30
    ml
    olive oil
  • 5
    ml
    castor sugar
 

Method

 
Blanch broccoli and cauliflower separately in boiled salted water; refresh in cold water and drain well. In a jar or bottle with a lid. mix together all the dressing ingredients. Shake well. Add the dressing to the broccoli and cauliflower florets, and toss well.
