Breakfast pizza

    thin-crust ready-prepared frozen cheese-and-tomato pizza

    back bacon

    button mushrooms, halved
  • 30
    sunflower oil
  • 1
    tomato, quartered
  • 2
    large eggs


Preheat the oven to the temperature recommended on the frozen-pizza packet. Unwrap the pizza and place it on a baking sheet. Stir-fry the bacon and mushrooms in a little oil for two to three minutes. Spread the bacon and mushroom mixture and place the tomato quarters evenly across the pizza.

Bake the pizza according to the instructions on the pizza packaging. Halfway through the cooking time, break the eggs into the middle, drizzle with oil and bake for an extra six minutes for runny yolks or 10 minutes for set yolks. Cut in half and serve.
