    cake flour
  • 20
    ml
    baking powder
  • 2
    ml
    salt
  • 5
    ml
    mustard powder
  • 250
    ml
    grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1
    egg
  • 80
    ml
    oil
  • 150
    ml
    milk
  • paprika and sesame seeds for topping
 

Method

 
Preheat oven to 220 °C and grease the hollows of a small muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Sift the dry ingredients together and add the cheese.
Beat the egg, oil and milk together.
Add to the flour mixture and mix lightly into the prepared muffin tin.
Sprinkle some with paprika and the rest with sesame seeds.
Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
Serve with butter and jam.
