    onion, sliced into rings

    vienna sausages, sliced

    slices white bread, crusts removed and cubed

    extra-;large eggs, whisked

    milk
  • 10
    ml
    mustard powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 30

    finely chopped parsley
  • 250
    ml
    grated Cheddar cheese
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray a large, ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Melt the butter and sauté; the onion until tender. Add the vienna sausages and stiré;fry until browned. Turn into the prepared oven dish and top with the bread cubes. Blend the eggs, milk and mustard powder and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the parsley and pour over the ingredients in the dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until done and set in the centre. Serve immediately.
