Ingredients (10)

15.00 ml butter
1.00 onion — sliced into rings
500.00 g sausages — viennna, sliced
7.00 bread — sliced white, crusts removed
8.00 eggs — extra-large, whisked
625.00 ml milk
10.00 ml mustard — powder
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
30.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
250.00 ml cheddar cheese — grated

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray a large, ovenproof dish with non-stick spray.
Melt the butter and sauté; the onion until tender. Add the vienna sausages and stiré;fry until browned.
Turn into the prepared oven dish and top with the bread cubes. Blend the eggs, milk and mustard powder and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the parsley and pour over the ingredients in the dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until done and set in the centre. Serve immediately.
