Bread with sweet tomato and cured ham

    raw garlic

    baby rosa tomatoes or roma tomatoes

    cured jamon or Parma ham

    Spanish olive oil

    ml
    milled pepper
 

Method

Rub slices of ciabattas or sourdough bread with a clove of raw garlic. Toast and top with squishy, pan-fried baby rosa tomatoes, or thick slices of ripe, juicy roma tomatoes. Top with cured jamon or Parma ham, and drizzle with Spanish olive oil and milled pepper.
