Ingredients

  • 140
    g
    soft butter
  • 10
    ml
    prepared mustard
  • 25
    ml
    tomato sauce
  • 150
    g
    Cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 15
    ml
    finely chopped parsley
  • 1
    loaf white bread (crusts removed), sliced
 

Method

 
Blend all the ingredients except the bread. Spread each slice of bread with the mixture, roll them up and secure with a cocktail stick. Wrap in wax paper and chill for 1 hour. Slice each bread roll into thin slices and arrange on a serving platter. Each slice of bread yields 6 wheels.
