Ingredients (7)

250.00 g bacon — chopped
500.00 ml bread — cubed
1.00 onion — finely chopped
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
1.00 eggs — whisked
freshly ground black pepper — to taste
oil

Method:

Mix all the ingredients except the oil and stir-fry in a little oil over medium heat until the bacon is done and the bread is golden brown and crisp. Serve with a green salad and salad dressing.
Serves 3-4.
