4.00 bread — whole wheat rolls
0.00 butter
0.00 spinach
80.00 ml cottage cheese — creamed
4.00 cherry tomatoes — halved
0.00 fresh chives — chopped
0.00 lemon juice
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Halve and butter the rolls.
Mix the spinach with the cottage cheese, tomatoes and chives.
Sprinkle with a little lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Use as a filling for the rolls.
