Ingredients

  • 6
    large eggs
  • 5
    ml
    vanilla essence
  • 500
    g
    sugar
  • 500
    ml
    cream
  • 500
    ml
    brandy
 

Method

 

Beat the eggs until frothy. Add the vanilla essence and sugar and beat well.
Add the cream and brandy and beat at a low speed until well combined. Pour into bottles and seal.
Refrigerate for at least four weeks before drinking.
Enjoy as an after-dinner liqueur.
