Braaied chilli prawns

    large prawns, shelled
  • 2
    chillies, sliced
  • 125
    ml
    olive oil
  • 60
    ml
    lemon juice
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 250
    g
    green beans, blanched
  • 200
    g
    cherry tomatoes, halved
 

Method

35 mins includes chilling time
 
Place the prawns, chillies, olive oil, lemon juice and seasoning in a bowl.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
When you're ready to braai, divide the prawns between four x 30 cm squares of non-stick baking paper.
Fold up to form a parcel and wrap in foil.
Cook parcels over hot coals for 15 minutes.

Serve with green beans and tomatoes mixed together.
