  • 16
    slices bread of your choice
  • cos, butter or iceberg lettuce
  • 2
    avocados, peeled and sliced or mashed
  • 4
    chicken breast fillets, cooked and sliced
  • low fat mayonnaise
  • handful fresh coriander, washed and chopped
  • 3
    tomatoes, sliced
  • 8
    slices rare roast beef
  • chilli sauce


Drizzle olive oil over bottom slice of bread, layer with lettuce and half an avocado, then slap a piece of bread on top. Drizzle the top of the that slice with olive oil and top with a chicken breast fillet, mayo, a quarter of the coriander and another slice of bread. Last but not least - another drizzle of olive oil, sliced tomatoes, two slices roast beef and chilli sauce. Top with fourth slice of bread and open wide… Repeat with remaining bread and ingredients.
