Boozy raisins and frozen yoghurt

    raisins
  • 500
    ml
    muscadel
  • 1
    Litres
    frozen yoghurt
  • 30
    g
    chopped nuts to serve
  • 10
    g
    rose petals to serve
 

Method

Soak raisins in muscadel for up to 2 hours, till puffed-up and plump. Pour into a small pot and simmer on a low heat for about 30 minutes, until syrupy and reduced. Spoon over frozen yoghurt in stemmed dessert bowls, top with chopped nuts and rose petals, and serve.
