    water

    lemon juice

    orange juice
  • 440

    crushed pineapple
  • 175
    g
    granadilla puree
  • 500
    ml
    strong black tea
  • 60
    ml
    ginger brandy
  • 1
    Litres
    ginger ale
 

Method

 
Heat the sugar and water in a saucepan. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil and boil for 10 minutes. Cool. Add the remaining ingredients, except the ginger ale. Mix well. Add the ginger ale just before serving and serve with ice. Serves 14.
