Ingredients (9)

500.00 ml sugar
250.00 ml water
60.00 ml lemon juice
250.00 ml orange juice
440.00 g pineapple — crushed
175.00 g Goldcrest Granadilla Pulp
500.00 ml tea — strong black
60.00 ml brandy — ginger
1.00 Litres ginger ale

Method:

Heat the sugar and water in a saucepan. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil and boil for 10 minutes. Cool.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the ginger ale. Mix well. Add the ginger ale just before serving and serve with ice.
Serves 14.
