In a saucepan, heat oil and sauté onion, peppers, chilli, carrot and garlic for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add curry powder, tomatoes, stock cube, tomato paste, vinegar, chutney. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
Heat pita bread according to instructions on the packet.
Split open and fill with chakalaka and boerewors. Serve.
