    milk
  • 1
    piece stick cinnamon
  • 5
    cardamom seeds
  • 100
    ml
    sultanas
  • 50
    ml
    chopped blanched almonds
  • 20
    ml
    sago soaked in
  • 50
    ml
    water
  • 100
    g
    vermicelli
 

Method

 
Bring the milk, stick cinnamon and cardamom seeds to the boil.
Add the sultanas, almonds, sago and vermicelli.
Simmer over low heat until the sago is translucent and the vermicelli is soft.
Stir occasionally to prevent the mixture from burning.
Add more milk if desired.
Remove the cardamom seeds before serving.
