    boy leaves or lemon leaves

    eggs

    milk
  • 2
    ml

Method

 
Soak the bread in the milk and mash with a fork.
Sauté the onion for 3-4 minutes in the oil on 100 per cent power.
Add the curry powder, turmeric and jam and microwave for 30 seconds on 100 per cent power.
Add the remaining ingredients except the bay or lemon leaves and the topping ingredients. Mix with a fork.
Spoon the meat into a greased glass bowl and arrange the bay and lemon leaves on top.
Microwave for 10 minutes on 70 per cent power.
Blend all the topping ingredients, except the paprika and pour over the meat mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika and microwave for another 8-10 minutes on 70 per cent power or till the egg mixture has set.
Serve with rice, tomato salad and chutney.
