Blueberry Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 250
    g
    plain cheesecake mix
  • 500
    g
    plain yoghurt
  • 150
    g
    fresh blueberries
  • 120
    ml
    toasted muesli
 

Method

 
1. Prepare the cheesecake mix according to the instructions on the packet. Stir in the yoghurt and half the blueberries.

2. Divide the muesli among four individual serving dishes or glasses. Spoon cheesecake mixture on top of the muesli and chill until set.

3. Top with the remaining blueberries and serve.
