Ingredients (8)

SALAD
lettuce
125.00 g blue cheese — crumbled
50.00 g walnuts — chopped
watercress — to garnish
SALAD DRESSING
100.00 ml vinegar — cider
10.00 ml honey
5.00 ml mustard — powder
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Arrange the lettuce leaves, blue cheese and walnut halves on 4-6 side plates. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and garnish with watercress.
Blend all the ingredients for the salad dressing and pour over the salad just before serving.
Serve as a starter.
Serves 4-6.
