Blue cheese and cucumber, prawn and avocado combos

    slices fresh farmhouse bread, buttered

    ml
    wholegrain mustard
  • 100

    blue cheese
  • 1
    medium cucumber, cut into ribbons
  • 2
    slices rye bread, buttered
  • 200
    g
    cooked prawns or shrimps
  • 45
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 1
    small avocado pear, sliced
 

Method

 
Fill farmhouse bread sandwich with mustard, cheese and cucumber. For rye sandwich, mix prawns or shrimps with mayonnaise and layer on bread with avocado. Pack tightly in waxed paper. Serves 2.
