    x 200 ml cans tomato juice
  • 250
    g
    ripe cherry tomatoes
  • 15
    ml
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 2
    ml
    fresh chillies, chopped
  • 15
    ml
    chopped fresh coriander
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • 75
    ml
    vodka
  • pinch castor sugar
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • celery leaves for garnishing
 

Method

 
Process all the ingredients except the celery in a food processor until smooth.
Season to taste and then refrigerate until chilled.
Serve in shot glasses garnished with celery leaves.
