Blackberry and mango lollies

Ingredients (5)

300 g mango — chunks. frozen
2 cup mango juice
75 g blackberries — frozen
lemon — zest only
3 Tbs sugar — granulated

Method:

Place mango chunks into a food processor, blitz until smooth, add the mango juice and blitz until combined.

Drop 3-4 frozen blackberries into each lolly mould, fill with mango mixture, insert the lolly sticks and place moulds into the freezer for 4-6.

To serve:
Mix together the grated lemon zest and sugar, remove ice cream from moulds and serve immediately with lemon sugar for dipping.
