500.00 g blackberries — frozen
60.00 ml icing sugar
60.00 ml creme de cassis

Method:

Place all ingredients into a blender and whiz together until the berries are puréed.
The mixture will still be frozen. (You can add a little water if necessary).
Place in a container in the freezer and freeze until needed.

Elegant ice bowl
To make an elegant ice bowl, you will need two glass bowls, one slightly smaller than the other.
Place flowers in the large bowl then place the smaller bowl inside.
Tape the bowls together so that they are flush, then pour water between the bowls.
Add more flowers and arrange with a skewer.
Freeze.
To unmould, let the bowls stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Undo the tape, lift out the top bowl and take the ice bowl out of the mould.
Freeze until ready to use.
