Black beans with basil and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 2
    cup
    black beans (cooked)
  • 1
    cup
    cherry tomatoes
  • 1
    handful
    basil
  • pinch
    salt
  • handful
    basil
 

Method

5 mins
 
Cut the tomatoes in half. Dice the basil leaves.
Heat a little olive oil on medium-low.
Toss in the tomatoes and basil.
When just warm, add the beans and salt.
Allow to simmer for about five minutes.
Serve
